Bob, I want nothing more than for what you're saying to be true.  I will remove the negative trust and apologize.  All you need to do, is withdraw that 28 BTC to an address that you own the private key, then sign that address with a statement saying something along the lines of "this 28 BTC is being managed by bobmarley650" and you just got a free independent audit.
