We are experiencing unprecedented demand and acceptance from Indian users and honestly we have backlog on support tickets and KYC. We are working round the clock to clear backlog. We are not perfect but we are learning, evolving, scaling and working very hard to give you best experience with bitcoin. I am sure we will be able to serve you better in nearest future. Do give us chance, and stay tuned for exciting things we are going to release next.
We are working on new ways to improve support channels and experience as we have learned that its nearly impossible to provide phone support to all customers which includes routine and general calls to understand what is bitcoin, is it legal, how pricing works etc. We are working on solution where existing customers having account or ticket number get access to human agent faster. I am sure we will be able to resolve phone support issues in next couple of months.
