Its my belief that ease of use is the key to adoption of cryptocurrencies by regular users, and we continue to improve it in Byteball. We already have quite a few services that work in easy to use and lightweight chat interface but, up until now, the chat window itself was not always easy to reach. Now, chat got its own tab.

Major changes:
* Chat is now reachable through its own tab
* Added ability to select units for blackbytes, such as GBB for gigablackbytes
* When a new version is released, you'll be automatically notified
* When the hub changes its witness list, it will automatically suggest making similar change
* Better alignment, more polished UI (let me know if you notice any imperfections)
* A number of small bugs fixed
