Sorry .. for i have been out of reach of the forum for i have been out of country for these days. Yup i got to know that mining Bitcoin is totally not profitable. I decided to mine altcoin. It would be a great help if you tell me about mining altcoin .. thanks

There's nothing like bitcoin mining is unprofitable, but you need the right hardware to do it, as well as least or no electricity charges.
Currently, Antminer S9 is the best mining hardware available if you are interested in mining bitcoins, but it is very expensive.
So, your decision of mining altcoins is good but you will still need some good hardware for that too as the number of users in cryptocurrency world has increased to such extent that whenever a new altcoin bumps up, they try to get their hands on and very few chances are there that one could make anything into mining these days. It's not impossible, but hard.

Well you say its hard and on other hand says that there should be least or no electricity charges. Well could you let us know in India which are the places where you can get legally free electricity or least cost per unit so that mining could be setup there.

Have you heard about Daman (U.T. near Maharashtra State)? Or Jammu & Kashmir?
I know a person who mines in Kashmir with completely free electricity, his equipment is old now because he bought S7 earlier when it was launched, but still, electricity at his place is free. I said it's hard but not impossible, and I also said that there should be least or no electricity charges because if you want to profit from this, you would definitely not go for higher electricity rates.

heard about Daman as a place but not sure if electricity charges are really cheap might be the case. And Kashmir actually never heard about free electricity across India or low electricity cost as such.  Good if your friend is mining for free with no electricity. Also is there 24 hours electricity @ Kashmir?
