I tried this betting site and impressed! Recommended! Everything was ok till using bonus amount. I deposited and wagered deposit amount over 1.70 odd. Withdrawed winnings+deposit and tried to use my bonus amount. Withdraw process is instant and good than nitrogensports. I couldnt be able to use bonus amount, but i did everyhing as stated on rules.. Some script gives this error when i click to wager bonus amount: bonus_account.bet_place_not_permitted_before_player_accoun Contacted support and waiting for answer. I hope they will solve problem.

Please help me! I deposited and placed a bet with my full deposited amount on a odd higher then 1.60 and lost the bet.
Now i activate the bonus its shown in the balance BUT I CANT BET WITH IT NO MATTER WHAT I DO!!!
It says always something like bets not permiotted before player balance or something i think it means i have to wager deposit first BUT I DID IT!
I thought maybe i need some balance on players balance and deposited again small amount but still doent work
I contacted support by email twice and they dont answer...
Who has the same problem?

Hi hfglhf, the problem was this: your initial deposit was in the form of _.XXXX mBTC (4 decimals), while we only display two decimals. The entire balance is currently visible (up to 5 decimals) on the mobile version, but not on our desktop version, where we only display 2 decimals. This will be corrected soon. Your first bet had a stake of _.XX and left 0.00XX mBTC in your balance. This is why our script didn't consider your first bet as completing the required wagering for activating the bonus balance (your bonus balance is actually perfectly equal to your first deposit, so, in your case, the bonus balance was _.XXXX)
Again, we will update the desktop version as soon as possible to display all decimals.
