Well my PayPal payment finally showed up, but it is not the amount I was told I would receive by the BitInstant API messages.

Now, that says "Fees (inclusive)" which leads me to believe that the "Amount you will receive" spot calculated the fees, right?

In that case, why did I only receive this in PayPal?:
