Do it ASAP! Think about it this way.... How much btc will it take for xmr to go to $20 compared to how much btc it will take for Icn to go to $1.
Even if xmr goes to $25, you make more money from Icn going to $1. Now which one is more likely to happen? It's a no brainer...
