That said I read some comments here which are very practical observations about the product. We are laying low at the moment and redesigning the whole product based on learning and data we collected running this service since last 18 months. Key is user value in long term. We have had tons of user feedback and we have taken it all into consideration. Will we succeed I dont know but we will give it our best shot.
