Click on "contact support" button.
Then you will have an option to open a ticket, do it and you will probably get a positive response within 24 hours, atleast at my case.
There is no "contact support" button.
There are "FAQ", "Feedback", "Forum", "Message", "Twitter", "Facebook"
If you look at the site, at the middle right of the screen you have a yellow button "Feedback & Support".
After you click on it you have the option to click on "Contact support" and then to submit a ticket.
