if you were claiming  after 30 minutes you dont need this time anymore to make another claim

example if you had lets say making captcha every 65 minutes,  you dont need to wait 65 minutes to make another claim:
 you claimed 11:55, you next claim would be allowed at 13:00 just, with this new feature, you can claim 11:56, 12:30(anytime between the 65 minutes.
