Equally bad thing to do. Eating him or kill him, two things that are equally bad thing, no difference. If you can not eat him and choose to kill him,  that means have to eliminate a human life, just as bad. Or maybe there is a bit different, if you are kill him, that means you are evil, but if you eat him, that means you are crazy. And another different is in the "disgust and not disgust".
