Agree that this is extremely overpriced - 15 billion offered @ minimum $0.02. If sold out could imply a minimum marketcap of 300m (+15%).

What's your minimum amount raised to proceed with the project? And if not met - what are the plans?

Is there any threshold for this coin? In other words, the minimum amount of the project can be continuing instead of refunding. Thanks guys

No minimum because development WILL happen regardless of raised amount.
As you can see with our app that we are launching with. To keep development at pace with roadmap I estimate 100-200 BTC.
Edit: If this is not met, we will have to push development dates back, but it will still happen.
