I don't know how all these people know what site is and will be the best in 2017, since the year has just started. Also most of people are voting because someone in chat told them to open account in bitcointalk and vote for site a,b or c. Voting should be in december not january. My opinion.
Its all year long so it gives people the ability to change later, any number of factors can change how people feel about a site.
