Interesting project- but I would like to ask these questions too.

The riot chat feature looks cool enough- but how exactly is the torrent feature in VTR supposed to work?
From what I gather when it is released you will be able to add magnet links to the blockchain, they will them be searchable via the qt wallet, this then eliminates the need to visit a central web site like pirate bay to get your torrents. This means no censorship.
idea on this is nice, next question..is there any working nodes? that vtr asia seed mentioned on first page don't work on me

feeling like a brainiac, added nodes from there,still didn't get connection. --> rolled around wondering why looking at settings over and over again for 15 minutes and then it hit me,my conf was named vTorrent-Hd.conf and as I renamed it to be vTorrent.conf.
Works like a charm now, sometimes my stupidity amazes me over and over
