None of the mac wallets are syncing 
I downloaded the electrum-stratis wallet and it just says offline, sent 100 stratis before waiting. Its been an hour with no connections on either the electrum and the updated wallet in the OP.
Any advice?

there are some add nodes at the bottom of that.
Electrum wallet doesn't use those nodes. It's using Electrum servers that are broadcasted through irc channel, which the wallet will discover automatically. Right now electrum.stratisplatform.com and electrum2.stratisplatform.com appear to be down. Please get in touch with dev0tion as he's the admin of the electrum service.
I am aware of the problem with the Electrum servers, I do not have access to the account they are running on.
I will sort this out with Chris asap.
