What do bank holidays have to do with transfering bitcoins out of an account? Delaying such withdrawals is unacceptable for a bitcoin service. Unless of course you're just trolling.

sounds like someone is simply pissed and pissy because the site didn't jump when they said jump, i don't use that site, but i would expect that a financial transfer may have a restriction on the time and would not argue with the site that I am sure you completely read the terms and conditions of prior to signing up, as is the legal requirement.
