POW88 signature campaign manager has do not knowledge how to handle a campaign and he denied all the member and campaign is till empty because he denied all member you should accept all the member because you just pay to wear your signature and i see that there is many member have good quality post and still he denied and its their personal matter if their post is gapy or a member is inactive if a member inactive in your campaign and do not follow the campaign rules then you should kick out that member Member have do not need any campaign because there is a lot of campaign available for member with highest payment and i advise you that change your manager i prefer you Good Managers like as Yahoo, Lutpin and then i hope your project will be successful in the future you should accept all member then your campaign will be get more popular with project your manager is not perfect to manage your campaign i think your campaign is just open for denied member still empty campaign i am so shock about your campaign too much different than other campaign don't decrease your project value through cheep habit.
