Dash is attracting the attention of the Dutch government and The Basel Institute on Governance, specifically with regards to its Masternodes' ability to mix/tumble coins (IE, launder money).

Not true. Dash does not work like that. Masternodes never come into possession of any actual coins. Bitcoin mixers are different.
It appears all use of monero and other "privacy by default" currencies are now illegal in the netherlands and spreading to other countries. Dump while you still can!
