Wouldn't https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ help you? I you can request them to put your tx in their next block if you tx had more than 10 sat/byte fee.

A transaction of mine this morning have not been confirmed yet. By chances, I stumble upon this thread and find this free service. Since it is free, I forwarded my transaction ID to them. Awaiting confirmation.

The only requirement seem to be is for you to enter your transaction ID which is ce9b7a684a35c9885445eaee38f85eef5a5debe82d6aced4a9d54f18035b3e53 and fill in a captcah, why don't you do it for yourself?
