LOL, no. Do you have any idea how spammy the forum would get, if every campaign did this? I could accept you and than kick you afterward when I check your post quality (like BitMixer.io does), but I'd prefer that people didn't waste their time and expect to get paid. Even secondstrade denies people, and that's known as one of the spammiest campaigns.

Not really. When you apply to most campaigns, you're asking for the campaign manager to take a look at your account. If they have (recent) gaps, it could indicate that it's a bought account, or that it's someone that came only for the campaign (usually those are alts). If those accounts had really good post quality before the gap, I may be willing to give them a trial.
if a member inactive in your campaign and do not follow the campaign rules then you should kick out that member

Member have do not need any campaign because there is a lot of campaign available for member with highest payment and i advise you that change your manager i prefer you Good Managers like as Yahoo, Lutpin

No campaign accepts everyone, and lets them stay. Why should this campaign be any different?

We filled up 6 spots on pretty much the first day. Not sure what you mean by open for denied member, but if you improve your posts, and I denied you before, I'm willing to give those people a second/third/e.t.c chance.
i am so shock about your campaign too much different than other campaign don't decrease your project value through cheep habit.
