Hello i'm a long time customer.  I sent out about 10 transactions and all of them haven't confirmed and I just woke up to no confirms

This bet seems to be stuck.  It was a huge win for me and I'm really hoping there's something you can do.  I certainly didn't try to double spend but I'm concerned it'll cancel the transaction.  Do you know what's going on with this transaction?
