Those look like checksums and are better than nothing but doesn't prove they came from you. A verified checksum only proves I have downloaded a complete file.
A PGP signature would be a way to prove they came from you because of the PGP web of trust concept. It was only a suggestion as it takes security to the next level. Several of the major players in the digital currency space do this.
You could only sign those checksums if that is easier. That works too. Thanks.
