"Legal foundation" isn't good garantee. Once i worked in financial pyramid (and we were stealing money from people like you) and it had "legal foundantion" too. On Canarian island. Or on Dominicanian republic, i don't know exactly now (forget lol). Switzerland it's very famous offshore like different island (Cyprus as an example). It's not a Germany or USA or Great Britain. Everyone can register his own "legal foundation" by 300-500 $
^is the BTC actually resting in Switzerland? Who actually controls the private keys? The Swiss are actually pretty strict and will be happy to seize assets of these types of offshore schemes. It's not like it used to be especially after the financial meltdown/capitulation we saw a few years back... seasoned financiers are known to be safer operating in places like the Cayman Islands for the most part !
