Well, I have to admit, at the beginning I was skeptical about this offer. However, after the clarifications, it seems that everything is crystal clear now (he is even willing to include two pens instead of one !!!).

that's also my concern! however, he skipped the "know us" part (on purpose I believe) & now I have second thoughts that he might be hiding something

(looking forward to an auction)Ahh great another sole vendor. We went through this here at Bitcointalk about 4-6 months ago. It never panned out and I got scammed into buying a sole from a broker from another site. I was not made aware the sole I bought was from a gay man, and being heterosexual myself it made me feel very awkward with wierd urges that I just couldn't explain. So needless to say I had to get a refund but got hit with a 25% restocking fee. So my advice to all, do your due diligence first, for sure escrow and get as much info first.
