Too cheap for work, lol. Ordinary graph. designer will take at least 30-40 $ per banner))) And you offer only 8 dollars per banner (for first place of course)
Not to fair for job like this, lol. Jews are jews whatever there is. 
It's not a job but a contest. For a real job, you can always search @ freelance.com
