As a part of R&D efforts we have published the decentralized reward platform concept we were working on last couple of months. We are looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this, since the project is still very much in its infancy and discussing its strengths and weaknesses will help us build the better and more robust network

Its a bit confusing to me, and if I read something like this I would probably avoid signing up until I had the time to really understand.
Progress towards some kind of network is a good thing though so I will wait for beta to test things out and get a feel for it.
