Whether we like it or not, or whether it was public knowledge or not, it does look like there was an agreement made to pay some % of Stratis profits to Blitz, the issue is whether it would ever be legally enforceable.

Stratis Group Ltd is a legal entity now, so this *might* be a problem down the track, depending on if the proposal document posted is authentic and would count as a form of contract. For a legal business this isn't just fud, we really need a person with some legal background to comment.

The company only incorporated on Jan 7, so maybe the prior agreement isn't legally valid, but it looks like there was an understanding between the parties, some blitz execs and Chris. Need someone with contract law expertise to comment.
