I think it faults lies with the developers, you need to approach these exchanges, they don't offer free services and their must be something in it for them and most of these big exchanges are very concern about the security of the token network because any hack can rob them of a year's work but Egaas team have taken a laid back approach after ICO ended
The absence of exchange is negative for those who want to sell their bounty, and for some investors. For developers, this is not a disadvantage, a lot we do not understand and we do not know a lot. I hope that the eGaaS team are doing what's best for all of us.

No, it is a disadvantage because they need funds. Without a good amount of trading to generate interest, the second ICO might not go well. Unless they have investors lined up, refusing to pay the 3 BTC to Bittrex is shortsighted.
