ICN will be huge, I am sure in top 4, if not bigger, but you can not expect real pump without Poloniex. It just won`t happen. This is how this works now: Poloniex - huge pumps, other exchange - maybe slow and steady grow. So, no Poloniex, no huge pump. No Platform, no Poloniex. That simple. So we all have to be patient.
