The current website that he is running hasn't scammed anyone yet. But upon much investigation we have discovered that one of the deposit addresses on his new website is linked to the same wallet as a previous scam site.

We questioned him on this and his responce is that he is not that scammer but he simply bought a website script and forgot to change a few fields like the BTC address. We didnt believe him but we figured if he can prove that he bought it and isn't the old admin then he is not a scammer. So he said he paid 0.9BTC but couldn't prove it. Because the TX id he posted there is no idea if it belongs to him or not because he refuses to get the message signed.
