Anyway, I stumbled upon your site a few days ago, been trying to claim the daily faucet and only won once, been claiming your hourly faucet for once daily too (at the same time I visit the daily scratch) so far so good. But somehow today when I tried to click your daily scratch, the page freeze (I blame my internet provider) and after I reload them, it said I have taken my daily scratch although I haven't.
I don't really mind missed one, I am here only to inform you that if it is a bug, where if someone had visited the scratch page and no matter if they had scratched it or if it freeze mid-load or if they close the page or whatever, it considered as "claiming", then I suggest an improvement, because I believe that daily scratch should be the major magnet for your site

We are aware that a network connection can be a problem when scratching so we implemented a loading script, with new version of app this should be fixed. It's already available on the Google play.
We are sorry to hear you didn't claim your reward but secure connection to the internet is a must when using our app.
