I optimized the opencl miner a little bit. (2% - 5% expected) This is tested on an r9 280x

Word of advice!!!
Don't trust a newbie poster to download an unknown file!
They haven't built enough trust in the community yet. It's easy for someone to create a new account and make claims of improving your speed to get you to download an unknown file which is malware.
