Its the users with unpaid balances that I am concerned about. Cetobeto cant afford to pay them off.

Will a new owner want to pay for the site and take on that debt ? I doubt it.

I see two options.

Pay the outstanding debt and retain customer base for a new owner or give the site away for free to a new owner who is willing to take on that debt.

Without users there is no advertising revenue.
