Scam-ish. As an investor, I would want to see every face of the TEAM. Why are they hiding their faces, yet try to get our money?
As an investors, RULE 1, you should
1) know who you are giving your money to, otherwise you are throwing/giving away money
- Know their faces, and real names...not harry potty crap made up names.
- this is to hold them accountable, and their reputation in the community.
-otherwise, they can F U and run with your money
RULE 2, ESCROW:
2) no escrow?
-investors, are you ready to give away your money and bend over?
-don't we see alot of scams already? A dear lesson to soon forgotten by many.
The only future ICO I see worth mentioning is Qtum.

Are you the lead developer of Qtum? if yes, this is a really unethical. In order to do marketing for your project you should not call other project "Scam-ish"
Your first two rules are appropriate but your last statement about Qtum is a deal breaker.
