The answer is simple: there is no advertising network that will pay like Adsense (not even close)
There are a few good advertising networks (bitcoin related):
https://bitvertise.net,
http://mellowads.com/,
https://bitmedia.io/, but as I told you: do not expect to get the same rates as you can get from Adsense.
