Is it one ticket per person, or one ticket per 100 bit bet? Also, could you use a provably fair method for picking winners for the raffle, like using MP bets or block hashes?
You receive 1 ticket for every bet that is bigger than 100bits.
We will give the funds for both contest to a well known escrow and let him draw the lottery winners through a provably fair method.
