So again just to make sure, can they shutdown purevidz site, like they did with other torrents sites, or the fact it is decentralised means they cannot ever touch it.

1st, who cares about the wallet. Its about the platform. And yes, all the data is decentralized, in theory the site can be shut down but it would just reroute to a new one and all the decentralized content would still be available.
