Received my final payment, thanks Donald.  Good luck in your future projects.  And for what it was worth, I am a free account and my transactions were always paid.    His projects were not a scam, just an unfortunate event occurred with the changes bitcoin values.  Think of it as a business cycle of projects.  Some companies have to forfeit to the changes like Sears, Montgomery Wards, Blockbuster, Hollywood Video, circuit city.  Just think how many people were pissed at them when they upgraded their memberships and home insurance packages (Sears).  Over time, people move on and the cycle of projects continues.
