I purchased $200 worth of bitcoins at 10:30 this morning and received a ZipZap confirmation at 10:45. The problem is that it is now 6:37pm and I still have not received a confirmation from Bitinstant or bitcoins (I checked blockchain).
I have emailed support and did not receive a response. What should I do?

I never received an email from Bitinstant, so I don't have an order or a quote ID.
I find this to be very odd, and very concerning.

I ordered the coins through blockchain and it took me to Zipzap. The blockchain screen shows the amount of money, entry for my name and dob, and my deposit into my wallet. I clicked through that and it sends me to another site where it asks for my phone zipcode and if my memory is correct a phone number, then it has me select a deposit location. All I did was go through the steps.
The first time I remember it going through real smooth. The moment I deposited the cash at the spot I got a text message, and I go home and checked my email that first time and there were two emails, the email with the order number from Bit Instant and the confirmation that I paid from Zipzap. The last time though I sent the order through exactly the same way, but no email from Bit Instant so I have no way of knowing what the order number is because I never got the email, but I do have the email from Zipzap so apparently Zipzap took my money and lost it somewhere in the chain.
