Just wanted to leave a vouch for SFR. This would be the second time I have worked with him, and he provided unlimited revisions promptly until he gave me something I was happy with. He took some vague text descriptions of what I wanted and really turned it into something I really like. His prices are a BARGAIN and highly recommend him if you need any graphics work done.
