Hi Superhero!, My BitInstant cash dep that an email confirmation SAID completed but no-showed at MtGoX was on Apr 03,2013 pushing 5 days now. I have many successful deposits before and after so 90% happy with BitInstant. But getting NO response anywhere to date on 1 failure isn't good. How about adding an autoreply with a ticket number and queue/estimated time to attention. Note:I haven't posted at Facebook.
I have tried to manually put in the coupon after I learned how; but it errors as "used or invalid".
