Maybe if you pulled your head out of your arse, and focused on whats actually important, you would not have condemned yourself to 4 years of TB. Considering you lived extensively there, AND you have relatives from that region, maybe your own stupid arrogance/ignorance was obscuring what was/has going on right in front of you.
Theres also an argument that says you have neglected the health of said children, if TB is as common as you say it is.
