Again, I'm not on that list, nor the 4/7 list (even though I posted before the cut off), you have not addressed my problem in this thread, have not responded to PM, and the company hasn't responded to email or instant chat request. All I want to know is that I have a ticket in and that someone is looking at it. I know it may take time to get it fixed, I just want to make sure it's in the system. As long as the original trade rate is honored I don't mind waiting a bit, it's obvious you guys are swamped.
