I agree but we appreciate a decentralization benefits. So we can only have some best practice check-list.
Some of checks can be automated and some is to be filled by experts according to their opinions.
Best practices would be defined and become common only with maturing of the industry.
So up to you what check-list positions are to be filled for an ICO? And which of them can be automated and which is not?
