As far as geographic location use of cards, you will have to consult the individual services to be sure. I am not sure about XBOX or PSN. All codes were acquired within the US.
My price is generated from btc-priceimg.herokuapp.com which uses a Bitcoin average price of several exchanges. These codes will be available until they are sold. There will not likely be more once sold. Thanks for your interest.
