In terms of USD, yes. That's because the price of BTC against the USD is going up. It seems ICN/BTC price is stagnant, CMC reports a -.6% change in last 24 hours.
Alts in always rally after a Bitcoin rally.
Once BTC stops to catch its breath, ICN will break 0.00050
Alts were in a rally before this Bitcoin bull, with the likes of Pascal, NEOS, NXC, etc. There is no reason that altcoins (ICN in specifically) should rise AFTER a BTC pump. While I would benefit from a ICN pump indeed, I just don't see it happening.
