[REsolved] 1xBit.com suspended account without a reason - No replies - 4.3 BTC

What happened: 1xBit closed my account without a reason on Jan, 21th. No legitimation. No explanation. No information. Got no answers on my requests. No e-mails. No help. I have 4.3 BTC on my account.
(Chat) Support can not help me, they're just advising me to forward my issue to the "Security department". I sent several e-mails to security@1x-bit.com and security-en@1xbet.com but have not received an answer until today. They are completely ignoring me.
I sent a few "test/decoy" e-mails from an other e-mail account to security@1x-bit.com and security-en@1xbet.com just to check out if they really process incoming e-mails one by one because that's what the chat operators told me. The result was I received an answer from both of these addresses shortly afterwards.
I also made an official complaint at SBR (sportsbookreview.com)
/ Edit 1: I didn't take the bonus. I do never take a bonus at any sportsbook. At 1xbit I cancelled it right after the registration and it was successfully removed from my account. Edit 2: I did not use a VPN/VPS/Proxy or something else to hide my IP at any time. I always used my own real IP from Deutsche Telekom.
