Nope. Well not at the moment. You can only receive dividends on ICN for wallets in which you hold the private key. So like myetherwallet, or Liqui. There hasn't been a public announcement yet made by Kraken saying that you can earn dividends when holding in their wallet so best be safe and transfer the ICN to once of the previously mentioned wallets.
