I am noobie in the crypto area, and very interested in governance structures. Can you explain how the Super DAO works, is it like a registered company somewhere, or more like a non-profit organisation? is it a legal entity, or not possible to classify yet?

So many crypto projects look like breaking securities law with unregistered security issu and sale, but DAO look outside the box all together.
