If this is possible with sweep, than why hasn't the wallet creator able to optimized this to be used as a safe-guard from scamming / steeling others BTC? You can't get back Bitcoin that was stolen and is already confirmed by using a wallet. It looks like you don't understand how Bitcoin works at all. Unless you are trying to ask something else, in which case I did not understand the question.
